Co-Founder of PeopleAnalytics - an HR-tech company specialized in HR Analytics. 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources having worked in three different multinational companies in different matrix organizations. I started my own company in 2015 and has since worked as an external consultant and project manager helping organizations with mainly change management projects. My two great passions are, and have always been, analytics and HR and with starting up my second company, PeopleAnalytics, I get to combine the two.
